在改革开放向纵深推进的新形势下,我国的财税制度改革也迈入了新的攻坚阶段,营改增即是深化改革的重要成果和体现。营改增对于我国各方面的企业来说,无疑是一次巨大的机遇与挑战。在营改增的大背景下,我国水利施工行业必须不断转型升级,积极顺应国家相关财税政策改革深化的客观要求,及时、主动深化企业内部的相应配套改革。本文意在分析水利施工企业在营改增有关政策环境下面临的利与弊,同时对其中存在的问题提出有针对性的解决对策。
Under the new situation of deepening reform and opening up, the fiscal and taxation system reform of our country has also entered a new stage of tackling crucial problems. The reform of the camp is the important achievement and embodiment of deepening the reform. The reform of the camp is undoubtedly a tremendous opportunity and challenge for enterprises in all fields in our country. Against the backdrop of the increase in the number of battalions, China’s water conservancy construction industry must continue its transformation and upgrading and actively comply with the objective requirements for deepening the reform of relevant state fiscal and taxation policies so as to promptly and proactively deepen the corresponding supporting reforms within the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the pros and cons of water conservancy construction enterprises in the policy environment of business reform and increase, at the same time, put forward some countermeasures to solve the existing problems.
