辅导员岗位是一个培养、锻炼人的岗位,每年都会有新生力量充实其间,并使之更具活力。然而,不少新上岗的辅导员常因对少先队基础知识、辅导员工作基本方法不甚了解,难于尽快进入角色、打开工作局面。他们谒望系统地掌握少先队工作中的ABC。有一些实践经验的辅导员们也在不断探索更具实效的工作方法的过程中,希望与他人进行交流。为此,从本期开始,我们将在每期的“方法提示”栏目中,请富于实践径验的辅导员,从少先队话动、队伍建设、阵地建设、组织建设等方面,分别为读者提借日常具体工作方法的提示,并配以贴近当前少先队工作实际的实例解析;开辟“同行切磋”栏目,刊载各地辅导员在实践中新的工作思路和挥索性的做法。欢迎广大辅导员和少先队工作者都来将自己尝试过的行之有效的好方法介绍给同行,大家一起享受工作和成长的快乐,共同谱写少先队的新篇章。
Counselor position is a training, training positions, every year there are new forces to enrich and make it more dynamic. However, many new counselors often fail to understand the basic knowledge of Young Pioneers and the basic methods of counselors’ work, which make it difficult to enter the role as soon as possible and open the work scene. They are looking forward to systematically master the ABC pioneering work. There are some hands-on counselors who are also constantly exploring ways to work more effectively and want to communicate with others. For this reason, from the beginning of this issue, we will invite experienced counselors in each section of the “Method Tips” column to review the work of Young Pioneers, team building, position building and organizational building, respectively, for the readers Prompted by the daily work of specific tips, together with the practical examples close to the current Young Pioneers resolution; open “peer review” section, published in the practice of counselors across the board in the practice of new work ideas and playful approach. Welcome counselors and young pioneers workers to come to their own tried and effective way to introduce to their peers, everyone enjoy the joy of growth and work together to write a new chapter of the Young Pioneers.
