某男,34岁。1992年5月4日被人用拳头、铁棒击伤。全身多处有不同大小皮下出血,最大者达23×7cm,最小的为左膝关节内侧皮下出血,其大小为2×1.5cm,褚红色。心跳在左腋前线3～4cm、第7～8肋间隙;左下肺呼吸音减弱,并有细小水泡音,余未发现异常变化。次日 X 光拍片示:左上肺野可见毛玻璃状影,其内见斜形线状肺间隔影延伸至右侧胸膈角,左侧上纵隔可见纵行透光影,右上纵隔与心脏影均嵌入左侧肺部。右肺野纹理增粗,右肋角清晰,左肋角欠清晰.诊断为:创伤
