拙稿では本学日本語学部会話科目の教育現状と問題点およびその効果的改善策について考察した。まず、本学期期末会話テスト結果の分析をし、学生の日本語能力の実態の調査結果から、日本語会話教育に対し、彼らが求めるものがコミュニケーション能力の向上にあることを明確にした。その上で、日本語教師はどのようにして、学生のコミュニケーション能力を高めるのかという点に焦点を絞り、効果的な指導法について検討した。また、その改善方法についても言及した。
