本文簡述了电感测量系统的工作原理及电感发送器的主要类型。在电气部分不变而发送器和指示装置具有相应构造的情况下,电感系统可用于不同目的;用作应变仪,用来測量表面粗糙度、用于测量范圍及放大比大的线值测量。本文着重介紹了民主德国科学院仪器制造研究所设计的一种分度0.02微米、放大比50000的电感仪器,并简述了该研究所在电感测微仪器上所进行的一些重要研究和试驗,如仪器检定方法、温度特性等,并提供了实验数据和结論。
This article outlines the principle of inductive measurement systems and the main types of inductors. The inductance system can be used for different purposes where the electrical part is constant and the transmitter and indicating device are constructed accordingly. It is used as a strain gauge to measure surface roughness and to measure line values for measuring ranges and magnifications. This article focuses on the design of an inductive instrument with an index of 0.02 μm and an amplification factor of 50000 designed by the Institute of Instrument Manufacturing of the German Academy of Democracy and briefly introduces some important researches and experiments carried out by the Institute on the micrometer, Such as instrument verification methods, temperature characteristics, and provides experimental data and conclusions.
