劳资双方关系到企业的和谐,正确处理好劳资关系对于企业的和谐发展具有重要作用。劳资关系失衡,主要表现是雇主主导劳动市场,违法违规现象严重,劳资纠纷快速增加。同时,劳资协调机制滞后于私营部门和改制企业的发展。近几年来,加快完善劳资协调机制任务的紧迫性在不断提升。因此,本文对此做了一些初步探析,并提出相应的措施。
The relationship between the employer and the employee is related to the harmony of the enterprise. Correctly handling the relationship between the employer and the employer plays an important role in the harmonious development of the enterprise. The imbalance between employers and employees shows that employers dominate the labor market, and that the phenomenon of violation of laws and regulations is serious and labor disputes rapidly increase. At the same time, the labor coordination mechanism lags behind the development of the private sector and the restructuring of enterprises. In recent years, the urgency of accelerating the task of the labor-capital coordination mechanism has been on the rise. Therefore, this article did some preliminary analysis and put forward corresponding measures.
