不少供应商在政府采购活动中打拼多年,却收获不大,原因何在?本文作者从政府采购人员的角度给出了问题的答案。政府采购因其公开、公平、公正的操作原则,以及订单相对较大、资金支付很有保障的优势,倍受广大供应商的关注。但是,很多供应商在政府采购活动中打拼多年,却一无所获,甚至渐渐百般无奈地淡出政府采购市场,实在令人惋惜。那么,如何能更多地争取到政府采购订单?笔者认为,供应商应从三个方面着手改进。
Many suppliers in the government procurement activities for many years, but little gain, the reason? The author of the government procurement staff from the point of view gives the answer to the question. Government procurement because of its open, fair and impartial operating principles, as well as relatively large orders, funds are paid very secure advantages, much of the attention of the majority of suppliers. However, many suppliers fought for many years in government procurement activities, but found nothing. They even faded away from the government procurement market gradually. It is regrettable indeed. So, how to get more government procurement orders? The author believes that suppliers should proceed with the improvement of three aspects.
