将影响水资源可持续开发利用的主要评价指标组成模糊物元,同时各开发利用阶段作为物元的对象,以各项评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元,运用层级分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重,最后计算其欧化距离相似贴近度。通过雷州半岛水资源可持续开发利用评价验证了该分析方法在水资源可持续开发利用评价上的科学性和有效性。
The main evaluation indexes that will affect the sustainable development and utilization of water resources are composed of fuzzy matter elements. At the same time, each stage of development and utilization is regarded as the object of matter-element, the compound fuzzy matter element is constructed with each evaluation index and its corresponding fuzzy value, (AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and finally calculate the close proximity of its Europeanization distance. Through the assessment of the sustainable development and utilization of water resources in Leizhou Peninsula, this method has been verified to be scientific and effective in evaluating the sustainable development and utilization of water resources.
