以汕尾市为例,基于水资源状况和经济社会发展规划,采纳当前用水定额并结合现状节水水平,完成了水资源供需预测与中远期水资源规划配置,依据规划配置结果建立了水资源规划配置效果评价指标体系,同时针对水资源系统的复杂性及不确定性,采用RBF人工神经网络模型分析规划配置效果。实例结果表明,通过规划配置水资源开发利用效果得到改善,但效果并未达到Ⅰ级的良好水平,可采取进一步的措施改进配置。
