本文阐述了采用电炉与钢包炉双联、真空精炼、大气下注的工艺生产300MW发电机护环用钢的生产过程,并着重讨论了高Mn、高Cr含量下N的溶解度、真空下锰的行为、生产方案的可行性及相应的完善措施。
This paper describes the production process of 300MW generator retaining ring steel by electric double-lapping with electric furnace and ladle furnace, vacuum refining and atmospheric beating, and discusses the solubility of N under high Mn and high Cr content, Behavior, feasibility of production program and corresponding improvement measures.
