从某种意义上说,学校就是一个小社会,要对学校进行管理,就要对人与人之间、群体与群体之间的关系进行调节,约定一种社会秩序。俗话说家和万事兴,这一早已成为中国家庭与家人集体无意识的观念,源自于悠久灿烂的中国传统文化。而我们在学校管理中也应倡行“一家人”理念,就是在继承优秀传统文化的基础上,融合当代管理理念所形成的学校管理方略,倡导学校成员像对待家人一样对待学生、家长、同事、朋友,像一家人一样彼此关爱、包容、理解、互助,像一家人一样面对并克服工作、学习和生活中的问题、压力、困难、挫折。
