In 1988, Wei Qun, a college graduate, started an individual kindergarten that features English enlightenment education in Fulaerji, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. During the Chung Yeung Festival this year, 13 children in kindergarten came to the district nursing home under the leadership of Wei Qun and offered handicrafts that gathered a heart, sing some sincere and tender songs, Warmth and truth.
