经过数十年的勘探开发,拥有塔里木盆地、准噶尔盆地两个大型沉积盆地和众多中小型沉积盆地的新疆已经具备了建设大庆的资源基础、人才队伍、技术实力、基础设施和配套产业。石油工业一直占据新疆工业总量的60%-70%,石油工业的兴衰决定着新疆经济的走势。石油工业的发展,对新疆经济和社会的发展起着决定性的作用,对新疆的稳定和发展具有不可替代的意义。
After decades of exploration and development, Xinjiang, which owns two large-scale sedimentary basins in the Tarim Basin and Junggar Basin and many small and medium-sized sedimentary basins, already has the resources, talent, technical strength, infrastructure and supporting industries for the construction of Daqing. The oil industry has been occupying 60% -70% of the total industrial output in Xinjiang. The rise and fall of the oil industry determines the economic trend in Xinjiang. The development of the petroleum industry plays a decisive role in the economic and social development of Xinjiang and has irreplaceable significance for the stability and development of Xinjiang.
