党的十八大的胜利召开,为中国今后的发展指明了方向。十八大提出的实施创新驱动发展战略是加快完善社会主义市场经济体制和加快转变经济发展方式的重要举措之一,从而把科技创新摆在了国家发展全局的核心位置。涂料行业也不例外。而“涂料产业技术创新战略联盟”(以下简称“联盟”)的建立,正是顺应了国家提出的“着力构建以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系”的指导方针,从而积极推动了涂料行业技术创新体系的建立。
The victory of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction for China’s future development. The implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy proposed by the 18th CPC National Congress is one of the important measures to speed up the improvement of the socialist market economic system and accelerate the transformation of the economic development mode, putting science and technology innovation at the core of the overall national development. Paint industry is no exception. The establishment of the “Coating Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance” (hereinafter referred to as the “Alliance”) is in line with the state’s proposal of “putting emphasis on building a technology-based innovation system that combines enterprise-oriented, market-oriented, industry-university-research System ”guidelines, thus actively promoting the paint industry technology innovation system.
