近年来,建筑业呈现出快速增长趋势,从业人员队伍不断扩大,迫切需要大量的技能型人才,主要岗位是施工员、质检员、安全员、资料员、造价员、材料检测实验员。高职院校应革新教育工作者关于高职教育传统观念,建设符合高职人才培养特征的专业课程体系,并切实加强实践教学,从学生个人道德素养、实践动手能力、自学能力三方面来培养社会需要的建筑类应用型人才。
