目的探讨WYJ-II型全自动眼球减压器软化眼球的效果。方法该减压器用6.6kPa持续压迫289只右眼20分钟,隔日随机压迫100只右眼10分钟,观察双眼压迫前后的眼压。结果20分钟受压眼的眼压285眼平均下降0.80±0.26kPa,4眼反而升高;10分钟受压眼的眼压100眼平均下降了0.66±0.25kPa;而非受压眼的眼压有升有降。结论用6.6kPa持续压迫20分钟可使眼球达到理想的软化状态,同时阐明了该方法的优、缺点。
Objective To investigate the effect of WYJ-II automatic eyeball pressure reducer on eyeball softening. Methods The pressure reducer continued compression of 289 right eye with 6.6kPa 20 minutes, the next day randomly oppression of 100 right eye 10 minutes, observe the intraocular pressure before and after ophthalmic compression. Results The intraocular pressure of 20 eyes under pressure for 20 minutes decreased by 0.80 ± 0.26 kPa on average, while the 4 eyes increased on the contrary. The average intraocular pressure of 100 eyes under 10 minutes decreased by 0.66 ± 0.25 kPa; Pressure intraocular pressure rise or fall. Conclusions Sustained compression of 6.6kPa for 20 minutes can make the eye reach the ideal softening state, and the advantages and disadvantages of the method are elucidated.
