毛泽东在党的七届二中全会上,就“党委会的工作方法”发表了重要讲话,从十二个方面全面而生动地阐述了党委会的工作方法。67年后的春天,习近平总书记就毛泽东同志的这篇讲话专门作了重要指示,对各级党委(党组)领导班子成员特别是主要负责同志重温此篇著作提出明确要求,这对领导干部把握科学的工作方法,提高应对风险挑战、驾驭复杂局面的领导能力和水平具有十分重要的意义。
At the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Party, Mao Zedong made an important speech on “Working Methods of the Party Committees,” comprehensively and vividly expounded the working methods of the party committees from the twelve aspects. 67 years later, General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important directive on Comrade Mao Tse-tung’s speech in the spring of 1967. He made clear demands on the members of the party committees (party groups) at all levels, especially the major responsible comrades, to review this work. It is of great significance to grasp the scientific methods of work, improve the ability to deal with risk challenges and control the leadership and level of complex situations.
