本文介绍发动机活塞采用涂复固体润滑性薄膜的试验效果。试验结果表明,涂复后可降低发动机摩擦损失5％左右;耐久试验中均未出现涂复膜溶胀、剥落等现象,另外还介绍了涂复材料的使用条件。
This article describes the test results of engine pistons coated with a solid lubricant film. The test results show that after coating, the friction loss of the engine can be reduced by about 5%. The phenomenon of coating swelling and peeling does not occur in the durability test. The application conditions of the coating material are also introduced.
