研究了不同Si、Mn含量的 2个炉号的中碳Cr Ni Mo钢淬火、高温回火后的显微组织和力学性能 ,提出了力学性能与化学成分的关系。找出了σ0 .1与冲击吸收功Akv值的关系曲线。结果表明 :较高Mn含量虽可使Akv值有所提高 ,但Akv值分布范围较大。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of two medium heat-treated Cr Ni Mo steels with different Si and Mn contents after quenching and high-temperature tempering were studied. The relationship between mechanical properties and chemical composition was also proposed. The relationship curve between σ0.1 and the value of Akv of impact absorption was found out. The results show that although the higher Mn content can make the Akv value increase, but Akv value distribution range.
