管乐演奏怯场的调整研究

管乐演奏怯场是一种常见的现象。作为演奏者,怯场影响着其正常的发挥,甚至在长久的怯场中出现恶性循环,严重的制约了演奏者的职业道路,不利于其演奏能力的提高。演奏者出现怯场的情况主要是由传统文化、演奏者自身的性格和心理素质、身体状况、演奏技术、表演经验等原因造成的。本文先从演奏者怯场的表现着手,再分析其怯场的原因和机制,最后研究其调整策略。

Bandwind stage fright is a common phenomenon. As a performer, stage fright affects its normal performance, even in the long stage fright vicious cycle, a serious constraint on the performer’s career path, is not conducive to the improvement of their ability to play. The situation of stage fright is mainly caused by the traditional culture, the player’s own character and psychological quality, physical condition, playing technique and performing experience. This article begins with the performance of stage fright, analyzes the causes and mechanisms of stage fright, and finally studies its adjustment strategy.
