水利工程项目建设管理,如在河流上建设水利枢纽,兴建跨流域调水工程,以及在河流附近建设水利工程项目,均会影响流域水资源的可持续利用。水利工程项目建设管理对流域水资源的影响不仅体现在项目建设阶段,而且体现在项目建设后的运行阶段,进而体现到项目报废阶段等。
Water conservancy project construction and management, such as the construction of water conservancy hub in the river, the construction of inter-basin water diversion project, as well as the construction of water conservancy projects near the river will affect the sustainable use of water resources in the basin. The impact of construction management of water conservancy projects on water resources in the river basin is not only reflected in the project construction stage, but also reflected in the operation stage after project construction and further in the project scrapped stage.
