自从我国实行改革开放政策以来,国家整体经济建设得到显著提高,从而促使我国航空事业技术快速进步。但是由于自然环境条件、人为操作不当等因素影响,造成我国航空出现一定程度上的飞机突发事件的发生,目前我国大部分航空分航空公司纷纷制定相应的调度应急管理措施,有效地提高飞机突发事故出现时快速应变能力,实现高效的服务保障能力,保障航空企业单位经济效益的最大化。
