日前,由莆田市职业介绍服务中心、市劳动就业中心、市总工会困难职工帮扶中心等三家中心联手合作,建立了针对下岗职工和失业人员的帮扶合作联动机制。主要内容是针对家庭困难、本人有就业要求的下岗职工和失业人员或其他困难职工提供技能培训、职业介绍、职业指导、小额贷款等帮扶联动。采取措施一是帮扶中心根据下岗职工和失业人员的要求,选择适当的职业、工种和方式,与劳动就业中心协商后组织技能培训,并由劳动服务中心负责输技能鉴定工作。二是职业介绍服务中心每月一次向帮扶中心提供就业信息,做到资源共享,并向有再就业愿望的下岗职工和失业人员提供三次以上基本符合其条件的就业信息。三是帮扶中心对前来求职的下岗职工和失业人员免费进行职业指导,帮助他们分析自身条件,确定职业定
