多年的工程建设实践表明,预应力混凝土箱形连续梁桥存在2类工程病害:梁根部混凝土腹板开裂;跨中持续下挠。究其原因在于梁自重内力占设计内力比重过大,混凝土腹板抗剪、抗拉强度不足。而波形钢腹板预应力混凝土则有针对性地改善了预应力混凝土箱梁的这两项弊病。本文结合支架现浇波形钢腹板PC箱梁的实例,阐述了波形钢腹板PC箱梁的发展现状、特点,波形钢腹板的选材、加工、成型、防腐涂装、安装,与其紧密联系的体外预应力索构造体系及其施工工艺等。
Years of construction practice shows that there are two kinds of engineering prestressed concrete box girder continuous beam bridge: the concrete root web cracking; continuous deflection in the mid-span. The reason is that the weight of beam self-contained internal forces accounted for the proportion of internal force is too large, shear strength of concrete web, tensile strength is not enough. The corrugated steel web prestressed concrete is targeted to improve the two shortcomings of prestressed concrete box girder. In this paper, with the example of cast-in-situ corrugated steel web PC box girder, the present situation and characteristics of PC box girder with corrugated steel webs, material selection, processing, forming, anticorrosion coating and installation of corrugated steel webs are expounded, Of external prestressed cable structure system and its construction technology.
