1985年2月6日至9日,在哈尔滨小天鹅饭店召开了全国技术商品化学术讨论会。这次会议是由黑龙江,湖南、山西,天津四省市科协和潜科学杂志社共同发起的。来自全国各地的专业技术人员,科研管理和理论研究工作者以及各级科协工作人员共68人出席了会议,向讨论会提交论文46篇。会上传达学习了中央关于科技体制改革的精神。代表们就开拓技术市场,加速技术成果商品化以及科技体制改革的一些理论和实际问题进行了认真热烈地讨论。大家一致认
February 6, 1985 to 9, at the Little Swan Hotel in Harbin held a national seminar on technology commercialization. The meeting is sponsored by the Association for Science and Technology and four sub-science magazines in Heilongjiang, Hunan, Shanxi and Tianjin. A total of 68 professional and technical personnel, research management and theoretical research workers from various parts of the country, and staff of CASTFs attended the conference and submitted 46 papers to the symposium. At the meeting, I learned about the spirit of the central government's reform on the scientific and technological system. Delegates had a lively and enthusiastic discussion on some theoretical and practical issues of developing the technology market, accelerating the commercialization of technological achievements and reforming the scientific and technological system.
