用脉冲辐解动态吸收光谱法研究了Br2·-、Cl2·-自由基引发N-二异丙基磷酰化甲硫氨酸(NDM)与色氨酸(TrpH)的分子间电子转移机理,测定电子转移反应的速率常数,从分子结构观点解释了磷酰基对电子转移机理的影响。
The mechanism of electron transfer between N - diisopropylphosphorylated methionine (NDM) and tryptophan (TrpH) induced by Br2 · - and Cl2 · - radicals was studied by pulse radiolysis dynamic absorption spectroscopy. The rate constant of the electron transfer reaction was determined, and the influence of the phosphoryl group on the electron transfer mechanism was explained from the molecular structure point of view.
