针对坦克稳定器控制所需的振动测试装置以及坦克炮口环境的问题,为了可靠地测得坦克炮口的振动信号,设计了基于MSP430单片机的坦克炮口振动无线测试装置.设计了测试装置的硬件、软件系统及其安装于炮口的固定装置,实验结果表明该装置可以采集到振动信号,克服了老式的测试装置均安装于坦克火炮耳轴处,且均用有线方式进行传输,不利于准确测得坦克火炮振动信号的缺点.本测试装置体积小,能够承受坦克炮口的恶劣工作环境,功耗低,可用电池供能,无线传输,无外部引线.可以安装于炮口上实时记录坦克炮口振动信号参数,并能够将采集到的数据无线传输到计算机.
In order to control the vibration of the tank and the muzzle environment required by the tank stabilizer, a tank muzzle vibration wireless test device based on MSP430 was designed in order to reliably measure the vibration signals of tank muzzle.
