一 1981年6月,我厂216车间对引进西德的三辊式八架分组传动定径机进行了性能试验。试验是按西德提供的该定径机的工艺资料——速度调整参考表所规定的数据进行的。试验所用钢种为20~#、D40、12CrMoV、35Cr钢,孔型系列为φ250→194mm和φ228→180mm,成品管壁厚分别为8、9、10、11mm,轧辊速度系列为L、M、H。试验情况正常,轧制出成品管共99.75吨,其中φ250→194mm钢管57.964吨,φ228→180mm钢管41.786吨,成材率(坯—材)分别为91.35%和93.98%。
June 1981, I plant 216 workshop on the introduction of West Germany’s three-roller eight packet transmission sizing machine for performance testing. The test was carried out on the basis of the data provided by the sizing mill for the sizing mill - the speed regulation reference table. Test steel used for the 20 ~ #, D40, 12CrMoV, 35Cr steel, hole series for the φ250 → 194mm and φ228 → 180mm, finished pipe wall thickness were 8,9,10,11 mm, roll speed series L, M, H. The test was normal. A total of 99.75 tons of finished products were rolled out, of which 57.964 tons for φ250 → 194mm and 41.786 tons for φ228 → 180mm steel. The yield (billet-timber) was 91.35% and 93.98% respectively.
