新闻评论是党报的旗帜和灵魂。充分发挥新闻评论的舆论引导功能,对于促进新闻媒介的社会宣传效果有着重要意义。去年,《中国铁道建筑报》在头版显著位置,集中时间,发表了9篇以《论项目部滚动发展》为主题的系列评论,多角度、多侧面地论述了当前建筑施工企业,怎样抓好项目部发展的问题。这组系列评论发表后,在中国铁道建筑总公司系统内引起了强烈反响。有的工程局党委、工程处党委专门下发文件,要求所属单位认真组织学习。许多局、处、项目部领导把文章剪贴下来,作为学习材料。一时间,刊有评论文章的报纸,成为人们争相阅读、收集的“俏货”,大有“洛阳纸贵”的现象。
