成人中毒型菌痢的特点和处理原则均与儿童患者不同。近年来,我院收治了成人中毒型菌痢30例,诊断均按全军细菌性痢疾防治方案中所规定的标准,全部患者均获临床治愈。现报告如下:
Adult poisoning bacillary dysentery characteristics and principles of treatment are different with children. In recent years, 30 cases of adult poisoned bacillary dysentery have been treated in our hospital.
