异位妊娠与黄体破裂的临床症状与处理原则都很相似。但在病史、发病因素和内出血等方面均有一定差异。尤其是黄体破裂,更易与其他疾病混淆。为积累经验,提高诊疗水平,现将我院近15年来收治的319例异位妊娠和69例黄体破裂比较分析如下。 1 资料与分析 1977年1月至1991年12月,我院妇科共收治异位妊娠319例,黄体破裂69例,均经手术和病理证实(保守治疗者未包括在内)。本文采用的统计学方法除平均失血量用t检验外,其余均为X~2检验。本文休克程度的诊断标准,以休克早期为轻度:
Ectopic pregnancy and luteal rupture of the clinical symptoms and treatment principles are very similar.
