本文作者以发挥榜样作用,实行分类指导,坚持参加实践等三个方面介绍了引导、组织、指导全校教师开展教育科研实践活动,摆脱以拚体力、增加教学时间来提高教学质量的片面做法,力求把握教学的内在规律,井促使教师业务能力有较大面积提高的经验。实验性小学提高研究水平的关键问题是加强实验性,出路在于引导教师投身教育科研的理论和实践活动,希望今后有更深层的经验在本刊发表。
The author introduces, guides, organizes and guides the whole school teacher to carry out the educational scientific research practice activity from the following three aspects: exerting role model role, carrying out classification guidance and insisting on taking part in practice, and striving to get rid of the one-sided approach of improving physical education quality by combining physical strength and increasing teaching time Grasp the inherent laws of teaching, and promote the ability of teachers to have a larger area of business experience.
