技工教育班主任是学校与学生沟通的桥梁。班主任工作的好坏,直接决定了技工教育的质量和效果。本文从班主任可本着“教育从严,处理从宽”的原则,对学生的管理要做到严要合理,宽要适度,严与宽要有机的结合。要坚持因材施教、引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和掌握学生违纪时的处理技巧等几方面探讨了新时期技工教育班主任工作方法。
