医药分开是新医改提出的“四个分开”之一,也是破除中国医疗体制“以药补医”积弊的关键所在。新医改以来,全国各地省市在医药分开上纷纷展开了探索。在逐步取消药品加成政策的同时,对公立医院的补偿机制也逐渐成型。然而,取消药品加成能否真正实现医药分开?依靠财政投入的补偿机制能否持久?这些问题仍有待进一步探讨。在第七届中国医院院长年会中,与会专家对此进行了精彩的论述。
The separation of medicine is one of the “four separate issues” proposed by the new medical reform, and it is also the key point to get rid of the Chinese medical system and “supplement medicine with medicine”. Since the new medical reform, provinces and cities all over the country have carried out exploration in medicine separately. While phasing out the policy of adding drugs, the compensation mechanism for public hospitals has also gradually taken shape. However, the abolition of drug addition can truly separate the medicine and relying on financial compensation mechanism can be sustained? These issues still need further study.
