临床检验结果的可比性与可靠性不会受到检验地域和时间等因素的影响,相关临床检验结果能够为各类疾病的临床治疗提供可靠依据,这也是临床检验人员研究的主要方向。从目前临床检验的发展情况来看,尽管临床检验原理较多,但相应的检验方法则较为单一,而不同的实验室检查和临床检验则无法通过相同的方法完成,且有效的临床检验结果可靠性评价方法,以及系统的临床检验结果计量方法,对于临床检验质量具有十分重要的意义。本文就对临床检验中参考测量系统的基本内涵进行了分析,在此基础上探讨了临床检验中相关影响因素,以及临床检验中参考物质应用方法和临床检验质量中实验室规范化管理的基本措施。
