1998年以来的5年,对海关来讲,是极其不平凡的5年,是具有特殊历史意义的5年。认真开展“总结回顾海关五年历程研讨教育”(简称“五年回顾教育”)活动,从正反两个方面总结经验教训,切实加强海关干部队伍特别是各级领导班子的思想政治建设和党风廉政建设,始终保持“如履薄冰”、“如临深渊”的忧患意识,是海关总署党组加强队伍建设的重大举措。
The five years since 1998 have been an extremely extraordinary five-year period for customs, and have been of special historical significance for five years. Conscientiously carry out the “Summarizing and Reviewing the Customs Five-Year Course Research Education” (referred to as the “Five-year Retrospective Education”) activity, summing up experiences and lessons from both positive and negative aspects, and earnestly strengthening the ideological and political construction of the cadre ranks of the customs, especially at all levels, and the Party. The building of a clean and honest government, and maintaining a sense of urgency of “being prone to thin ice” and “profoundly facing the abyss,” are major measures taken by the party committee of the General Administration of Customs to strengthen the team building.
