目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并甲亢住院患者的饮食护理,使患者正确认识疾病,积极配合治疗。方法:选取我院2012年6月至2013年12月期间36例糖尿病合并甲亢住院患者,随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予糖尿病合并甲亢健康宣教的同时给予单独饮食指导,同时给予发放糖尿病合并甲亢的健康资料,对照组给予糖尿病合并甲亢健康指导,接受教育6个月以后观察患者对糖尿病合并甲亢疾病的认识,门诊随访率,服药的依从性,主动监测血糖、甲状腺功能情况,正确饮食等方面进行观察。并发放糖尿病合并甲亢相关知识问卷调查表。结果:通过合理的饮食护理,36例患者复查甲状腺功能恢复正常,均无低血糖反应、高渗性昏迷、甲亢危象发生,对糖尿病合并甲亢的认识,门诊随访率,主动监测血糖、甲状腺功能的情况,服药的依从性,正确合理饮食等方面均较健康教育前明显改善。结论:运用护理程序,制订科学的饮食护理计划,加强患者及家属的健康教育,注重饮食疗法,有助于控制2型糖尿病合并甲亢患者的病情,对改善患者的预后有积极的临床作用。“,”Pick to:objective:to study of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism diet care, make correct understanding disease patients, actively cooperate with treatment. Conclusion:using the nursing process, scientific diet nursing plan, strengthen the health of the patient and family education, pay attention to diet therapy, helps to control the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism, to improve the prognosis of patients with a positive clinical effect.
