应用三元络合物测定铜的有机试剂较多,比较有代表性的有:铜(Ⅱ)、吡啶(Py)和水杨酸根(Sal~}(2-))形成的三元络合物[Cu(PY)_2]Sal体系;铜(Ⅱ)、1,10—菲啰啉(Phen),荧光桃红(Phlo)形成三元络合物[Cu(Phen)_2]~(2+)·Pblo~(2-)等。应用三元络合物测定铜可以提高灵敏度和选择性。我们应用新铜试剂、甲基橙体系测定纯铁粉中微量铜,效果较好。因为用新铜试剂测定铜,虽然以三元络合物的形式被萃取,但组成络合物的阴离子和Cl~-,No_3~-等无颜色,灵敏度较低,对测定微量铜不
