采用症状自评量表(SCL—90).对乐昌市三所中学162名独生子女及356名非独生子女进行心理卫生评定.结果表明.20.4%独生子女存在明显的心理问题.阳性检出率低于非独生子女(28.7%).差异显著。独生子女SCL—90各因子得分.普遍低于非独生子女,尤以躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性差异显著;而独生子女中女生抑郁、焦虑、恐怖得分显著高于男生。提示独生子女心理健康状况好于非独生子女.对单亲家庭中的独生子女及女生应引起重视。
Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used. 162 mental health assessment of 162 only children and 356 non-only children in three secondary schools in Lechang. The results show. 20.4% of the only child has obvious psychological problems. The positive detection rate was lower than that of non-only children (28.7%). Significant difference. Only child SCL-90 score of each factor. It is generally lower than non-only children, especially somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, terror and psychosis. However, the depression, anxiety and terror scores of the only children are significantly higher than boys. Suggesting that the only child’s mental health is better than that of non-only child. Attention should be paid to single children and girls in single-parent families.
