详细介绍了应用MATLAB软件包建立IGBT仿真模型的机理和仿真模型的 工作原理。在建模过程中,利用MAAIB软件包已有的理想开关模型,与一个非线性 电阻串联,该电阻具有IGBT输出特性相同的输出特性,建立起IGBT的仿真模型。对 建立起来的模型进行了静态与动态特性的仿真,得出了与实际技术参数非常吻合的仿 真结果。同时该模型结构具有强大的扩展性,在输入新的技术参数之后,可以圆满地仿 真其它种类的IGBT或功率开关元件。IGBT模型的建立,满足了开发新型电力电子电 路对建立新型电子元件仿真模型的要求,该模型在新型逆变焊接电源的研制过程中发 挥了重要的作用。
The mechanism of establishing IGBT simulation model and working principle of simulation model using MATLAB package are introduced in detail. In the process of modeling, the existing ideal switch model of MAAIB software package is used, which is connected in series with a nonlinear resistor. The resistor has the same output characteristic of the IGBT output characteristic and establishes the simulation model of the IGBT. The simulation of the static and dynamic characteristics of the established model is carried out, and the simulation results which are in good agreement with the actual technical parameters are obtained. At the same time, the model structure has a strong scalability, after the input of new technical parameters, you can successfully simulate other types of IGBT or power switching components. The establishment of the IGBT model meets the requirements for the development of a new type of power electronic circuit for establishing a new type of electronic component simulation model. The model plays an important role in the development of a new type of inverter welding power supply.
