我们用冷拔方法为某厂生产了两批50～52×0.8～1毫米拖拉机结构管《原料是20号钢,尺寸为78×7.8毫米荒管(穿孔荒管》。经检验,尺寸规格、机械性能和工艺性能都符合“冶11-57”的部颁标准。其工艺规程见下表。
We used cold-drawing method to produce two batches of 50-52x0.8-1mm tractor structural tubes for a certain plant. “The raw material is No. 20 steel and the size is 78 x 7.8mm.” After inspection, Mechanical properties and process performance are in line with the ministerial standards of “Ye 11-57.” The process specifications in the table below.
