为正确制订工艺，分析各项参数对充填效果的影响，研究了消失模铸造工艺振动造型中型砂的充填特性。导出了型砂充填垂直管的极限填充高度的数学计算模型，并与实验值进行了对比验证。
In order to correctly design the process, the influence of various parameters on the filling effect was analyzed, and the filling characteristics of medium sand in the vibration modeling of the lost foam casting process was studied. The mathematical calculation model of the ultimate filling height of sand filled vertical pipe was derived and compared with the experimental data.
