目的探讨缬沙坦对轻、中度高血压的有效性及安全性。方法按照随机数字表将我院收治的94例轻、中度高血压患者分为实验组(n=47)及对照组(n=47),分别应用缬沙坦及依那普利,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果实验组总有效率达95.74%,显著高于对照组82.98%(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为2.13%,显著低于对照组12.77%(P<0.05)。结论应用缬沙坦治疗轻、中度高血压兼具安全性及有效性。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of valsartan in mild to moderate hypertension. Methods Ninety-four patients with mild to moderate hypertension admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47) according to random number table. Valsartan and enalapril Group clinical efficacy and safety. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 95.74%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (82.98%, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 2.13%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (12.77%, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of valsartan in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension is safe and effective.
