2月26至27日,玉环县安委会对原先已经整治的“三合一”企业进行抽查,结果表明,企业的安全生产环境得到了较大改善,专项治理成效显著。 一、强化管理,加大宣传。温岭县“11·20”恶性火灾事故后,玉环县政府立即召开由各镇乡和各部门分管领导参加的安全生产会议,通报情况,要求各乡镇、部门立即开展检查,提出“三合一”企业整改措施。县安委会成立了以县府办副主任林立勋为组长,公安、劳动、乡企、工商、电力等部门领导为成员的“三合一”企业整治小组,在有关乡镇集中力量开展整治。有关部门在“三合一”厂房比较集中的地方张贴80余份台州市公安局《关于制鞋、打火机、服装、彩灯、木制工艺品、化工等劳动力密集型企业开展消防安全整治的通知》。城关等镇乡利用广播进行宣传发动。楚门镇还专门组织了“三合一”企业的厂长(经理)进行消防安全知识培训,讲解“三合一”厂房一旦发生火灾容易造成群死群伤的危害及应该采取的对策。通过宣传,提高了各类企业负责人和职工的安全意识,从而为专项整治工作打下了良好的基础。
