在福建省9个地(市),21个县(市)100个单位的173个库点,采集了5个虫种173个品系。叶磷化氢抗性测定结果表明:象虫34个品系中,敏感2个,轻抗和显抗31个,抗性系数最高374倍,谷蠢56个品系中,敏感5个,其余51十为轻度和显著抗性,抗性系数最高达460倍。长角谷盗45个品系中,敏感2个,轻抗10个,显抗33个。赤拟谷盗35个品系都是敏感和偏于敏感。锯谷盗3个品系全部是敏感。文章总结分析了抗性发生和发展在药剂施用条件和方法上的原因,并在此基础上提出了延缓抗性发展的措施与方法。
In 173 sites in 100 units of 9 prefectures (cities) and 21 counties (cities) in Fujian Province, 173 strains of 5 insect species were collected. This paper summarizes the reasons for the occurrence and development of resistance in the conditions and methods of drug application, and on this basis, puts forward the measures and methods to delay the development of resistance.
