论我国自学考试中职业技术类专业与课程问题及其对策

我国自学考试在职业技术类专业与课程建设方面已经取得了明显的成就,但是仍然满足不了经济社会转型的需要。为了适应经济社会的转型发展,我国高等教育的结构正在进行着革命性的调整,将有600所地方本科院校逐步转型为职业技术类大学,重点培养工程师、高级技工、高素质劳动者等人才。我国自学考试专业结构也应主动顺应这种转型的大势,逐步有计划地增加职业技术类专业与课程的比例。自学考试专业结构的调整必须合乎区域经济社会发展的需要,正确引导自学考试考生在专业选择方面的针对性和科学性。在一定意义上,自学考试专业结构与课程的调整,既是自学考试本身的自我发展与自我完善,同时又是对中国特色现代职业教育体系和现代终身学习体系的丰富和发展。目前,我国的自学考试体系应该不失时机地转变现有各级自学考试管理机构的职能,适应中国特色现代职业教育体系和现代终身学习体系的构建,完善自学考试管理与实施的治理体系,深化与职业院校的全面与深度合作,培育和启用专业化的社会中介机构,实现自学考试中职业技术类专业与课程价值的最大化。 Self-study examinations in our country have made remarkable achievements in vocational and technical specialty and curriculum construction, but still can not meet the needs of economic and social transformation. In order to adapt to the transformation and development of economy and society, the structure of China’s higher education is undergoing a revolutionary adjustment. 600 local undergraduate colleges and universities will be gradually transformed into vocational and technical universities, with a focus on training talents such as engineers, senior technicians and highly qualified laborers . The professional structure of self-study examinations in our country should also take the initiative to comply with the general trend of such transformation and gradually and systematically increase the proportion of vocational and technical majors to the curriculum. The adjustment of self-study exam professional structure must meet the needs of regional economic and social development, and correctly guide the self-study exam candidates in the professional choice of pertinence and scientific. In a certain sense, self-study exam structure and curriculum adjustment is not only the self-development and self-improvement of self-study exam itself, but also the enrichment and development of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and modern lifelong learning system. At present, our self-study examination system should seize the opportunity to change the existing functions of self-study examination management institutions at all levels, adapt to the construction of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and modern lifelong learning system, improve the self-study examination management and implementation of governance system, deepening and occupation College of comprehensive and in-depth cooperation, nurture and enable the use of specialized social intermediary agencies to achieve the self-study exam professional and technical courses and maximize the value of the curriculum.
