本文认为,成人教育工作者专业化,是成人教育事业发展的重要组成部分。英国成人教育工作者专业化在理论研究、人才培养、专业组织和资格证书等方面具有鲜明特色,为我国成人教育工作者专业化发展提供了有益借鉴。为此,我国应从成人教育理论体系构建、注重成人教育工作者培养、重视成人教育专业组织建设和建立成人教育工作者资格证书制度四个方面,促进我国成人教育工作者专业化。
This paper argues that the professionalization of adult education workers is an important part of the development of adult education. The professionalization of adult education workers in the UK has distinctive features in theoretical research, personnel training, professional organizations and qualification certificates, which provide a useful reference for the professional development of adult education workers in China. Therefore, our country should promote the professionalization of adult education workers in China from four aspects: the theoretical system of adult education, focusing on the cultivation of adult education workers, paying attention to the construction of adult education professional organizations and establishing the qualification system of adult education workers.
