IPO财务专项检查告一段落,30%的公司中止审查或者撤回,随着抽查的进行,以及后续公司递交材料,绝对数字还可能增加。截至3月底,890家IPO申报企业中,提交了自查报告的有612家,撤回166家,中止审查109家,而主板的中海信托、中小板的力士德工程机械、芜湖恒升重型机床,既未提交自查报告,也未提交终止或中止申请。166家企业黯然离去,更多的是面对证监会严格财务审查的无奈之举,另有109家企业则仍处于犹疑观望之中,去留难定。这既可以说是证监会规范信息披露、净化资本市场所取得的成效,也是企业、保荐机构、会计师事务所经受的集中检阅。
The special inspection of IPO finance comes to an end, with 30% of the companies suspending the review or withdrawing. The absolute figures may increase as spot checks and submissions are submitted by subsequent companies. As of the end of March, there were 612 self-examination reports submitted by 890 IPOs, 166 were withdrawn and 109 were suspended. The board of China Shipping Trust, Small & Middle Board’s Rexroth Construction Machinery, Wuhu Hengsheng Heavy Duty Machine Tool, Neither submitted a self-examination report, nor submitted to terminate or suspend the application. 166 companies sadly leave, more in the face of the Commission’s stringent financial review of the helpless move, and another 109 companies are still in a hesitation to wait and see, to stay set. This can be said that the Commission regulate the disclosure of information, the effectiveness of the capital market to purify, but also enterprises, sponsors, accounting firms to undergo a centralized review.
