为了消除离子色谱法测定尿液草酸浓度时部分尿样中存在的杂质峰对草酸测定的干扰,先在尿液中加入氯化钙而发生草酸钙沉淀,再用盐酸溶解该沉淀即可达到清除杂质峰的目的。结果显示:草酸钙沉淀尿样预处理法能消除杂质峰对草酸峰的干扰,预处理过程中草酸丢失极少,草酸回收率达96%~98%。结果提示:该预处理法可用于存在杂质峰尿样的尿草酸的测定。
In order to eliminate the interference of the impurity peak existing in some urine samples by ion chromatography when measuring the concentration of oxalic acid in urine, calcium oxalate precipitation is carried out by adding calcium chloride into the urine first, and then the precipitate is dissolved by hydrochloric acid to be removed The purpose of impurity peaks. The results showed that pretreatment with calcium oxalate precipitated urine could eliminate the interference of impurity peak to oxalic acid peak, and the loss of oxalic acid during pretreatment was very little. The recovery rate of oxalic acid reached 96% -98%. The results suggest that this pretreatment method can be used for the determination of urinary oxalate in the presence of impurity peak urine samples.
