随着我国经济环境的日益改善和不断健康发展,许多企业都朝着集团化经营的方向发展,这要求企业的发展战略要能与企业规模相适应,以避免由内部机制不完善所带来的一系列矛盾和问题,而在企业集团的发展战略中,财务管控是非常重要的一环。本文从经济学的角度来谈谈集团财务管控的必要性及实践过程中需关注的问题,以厘清思路,并期待能对实际工作有所帮助。
